This month, MYCOM OSI’s announced it has signed the TM Forum's Open Digital Architecture Manifesto. By adopting ODA's highly automated operations and end-to-end management of complex services across digital ecosystems, it enables MYCOM OSI to deliver higher quality services at a lower cost. BitKeep announced that it has joined forces with the Solana Foundation in an exciting collaboration aimed at promoting the growth and evolution of the blockchain landscape.

Teradata will offer Teradata VantageCloud Lake on Microsoft Azure, opening up new markets, new capabilities, and new use cases. This makes Teradata’s modern cloud-native architecture and robust analytics capabilities in ClearScape Analytics available to customers interested in using harmonized data and trusted AI to drive faster innovation. Prodapt announced it has begun to work with Amazon Web Services to help Communications Service Providers achieve business benefits by accelerating their digital transformation.

AI & Analytics News

In AI & Analytics News, BigPanda have launched Generative AI for Automated Incident Analysis, a new capability that uses advanced AI to estimate incident impact, suggest likely root causes, and provide clear, natural language incident titles and summaries. On the subject of Generative AI, according to Forrester’s The Top 10 Emerging Technologies In 2023 report, generative AI will begin to deliver a significant return on investment for most enterprises in the next two to four years.

Alaian in collaboration with Qualcomm Technologies is launching a global call for innovative startups in the field of Extended Reality. GoCo.io has integrated advanced artificial intelligence capabilities into its platform. With this groundbreaking development, GoCo is revolutionizing how organizations manage their human resources, empowering clients to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.

5G & Network News

Be sure to check our news center for more 5G & Network News, which is one of our most popular topics this month. Vodafone Spain and SEMI, a Spanish industrial group, have been awarded a five-year, 25.5 million Euro contract by ADIF to enhance the high-speed train routes from Albacete to Alicante and Barcelona to Figueras with reliable 5G coverage. Gilat Satellite Networks was awarded millions of dollars in orders for a cellular backhaul over satellite project led by a Mexican federal agency. Gilat Satellite Networks was also chosen by a Tier 1 global telecommunications operator for the satellite connectivity of a major utility company in Western Europe.

In related satellite news, Digital Locations’ technology team at Florida International University is focused initially on solving the device-side challenges of connecting smartphones to satellites.

A new study by Juniper Research has found that the total minutes of Vo5G usage will reach 4.7 trillion in 2028, representing 42 percent of total minutes and an increase of over 500 percent from 2023. To capitalise on this growth, the report urges operators to develop enterprise-facing solutions, monetising the rise in demand of 5G voice services from enterprises.

In Security & Assurance News, RADCOM’s 5G assurance solution on Google Cloud is now available, which will provide telecom operators with an automated, cloud-native assurance offering that integrates seamlessly with Google Cloud for closed-loop, zero-touch operations on the cloud to enhance the customer experience and proactively improve 5G service quality. Check Point Software Technologies has partnered with communications technology company, TELUS, to launch the TELUS Cloud Security Posture Management service in Canada. Mobilicom announced a
