Nomura Research Institute has deployed Oracle Alloy in its data centers to help its customers move to the cloud faster and more securely. With Oracle Alloy, NRI’s customers now have access to more than 100 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services, including the latest AI capabilities. Oracle is the only hyperscaler capable of delivering AI and a full suite of 100-plus cloud services across dedicated, public, and hybrid cloud environments, anywhere in the world. NEC Corporation has selected SAP S/4HANA Cloud through the RISE with SAP solution, running on Amazon Web Services. The Environment Agency has chosen Leidos with support from Intersec to deliver a new flood warning system for England. Anomalo has expanded its partnership with Google Cloud and made its platform available on Google Cloud Marketplace so users can quickly purchase Anomalo using their committed Google Cloud spend. Anomalo provides organizations with a way to monitor the quality of the data stored or managed in Google Cloud’s BigQuery, AlloyDB, and Dataplex without writing code, configuring rules, or setting thresholds.

SES will acquire Intelsat through the purchase of 100 percent of the equity of Intelsat Holdings S.a.r.l. for a cash consideration of $3.1 billion and certain contingent value rights. The sale of Vodafone Spain to Zegona Communications has received final approval from the Spanish authorities. Uniti has entered into a definitive agreement to merge with Windstream. Under the terms of the agreement, which have been unanimously approved by both companies’ Board of Directors, Uniti shareholders will hold approximately 62 percent of the outstanding common equity of the combined company upon closing, and Windstream shareholders will hold approximately 38 percent of the outstanding common equity.

T-Mobile completed its acquisition of Ka’ena Corporation, which includes direct-to-consumer prepaid wireless brands Mint Mobile, internationally focused value brand Ultra Mobile, and wholesale wireless solutions provider Plum. Telecom Egypt and EXA Infrastructure announced their partnership to reinforce Egypt's role as a pivotal hub for global telecommunications
