SOLiD and Alliance Partner to Deliver Fast, Reliable Cellular Connectivity with the SOLiD BARS™ Middleprise DAS Platform

SOLiD, the in-building cellular coverage leader, has announced a distribution partnership with leading North American reseller Alliance Corporation, expanding availability of the SOLiD BARS™ product line. This partnership empowers system integrators, resellers, and enterprise customers to deploy seamless, multi-carrier indoor coverage for small to mid-sized “Middleprise” buildings with the scalable, cost-effective BARS platform.

Customers can quickly and easily procure SOLiD BARS equipment, support, and logistics through Alliance’s extensive distribution network throughout the U.S. This streamlined access and value-added support helps speed and simplify deployments for offices, schools, hospitals, retail environments, and commercial venues. Alliance Corporation’s vast expertise and experience at the forefront of the wireless industry matches SOLiD’s mission to deliver high-quality in-building cellular coverage without complexity.

A Solid Choice

The SOLiD BARS platform provides quick, easy-to-install cellular connectivity for Middleprise buildings through the use of “over-the-air” signals from the nearest cellular tower, or directly from the carrier via small cell, to deliver in-building service immediately. Fully compliant with FCC Part 20 rules, the system supports up to three carriers and three frequency bands per carrier, scales to 40 remote units from a single headend, and uses a single Ethernet cable per remote for simple installation.

This partnership has already enabled in-building connectivity for an industry-leading medical device company. Alliance customer Atlantic Technology Group (ATG) deployed the SOLiD BARS solution to provide enhanced coverage for employees working throughout office and manufacturing sections of a nearly 120,000-square-foot building. SOLiD BARS was selected to cover a large footprint while keeping installation practical for an active manufacturing environment.
