Pervacio opens new UK technology hub

ToPeracio Technology Center improve service to customers throughout the Europe, one of its most rapidly growing markets, mobile device solutions specialist Pervacio has established a new technology hub in the UK.

Headquartered in the USA and operating in 30 countries, Pervacio works with the world’s largest device manufacturers and mobile carriers and is a leader in customizable, value added solutions in the forward and reverse supply chain for retail and warehouse operations. It also provides carriers with solutions across their retail operations to enhance customer service.

Since its UK-incorporated business will play a key role in developing existing partnerships and build new relationships, Pervacio was keen to operate from a recognized European destination.  The company joins the world’s largest banking and financial services organization, which chose Birmingham for the head office of the new HSBC UK, and global manufacturer Guhring, which has its UK headquarters in the city.

In relocating to Birmingham and expanding its UK hub Pervacio will benefit from a more central location, which will facilitate improved customer service, along with continued access to a technology skills base that will support recruitment and help to drive innovation.

Pervacio’s Vice President of Global Business Development, Hussain Hussain, said: “We’re doing more and more business across Europe so our investment in a bigger and better resourced regional hub is an important step.

“It will enable us to satisfy the growing demands of current clients and capitalize on new market opportunities as we continue to build our reputation as a global specialist in the end-to-end management of mobile devices.”

Engineering support, R&D and customer support services are all available from the UK office, which also provides a base for software architects and is home to the global marketing team. As part of its growth plan, Pervacio is investing in its marketing capabilities and following the appointment of a global marketing manager and client relationship specialist the company is now recruiting a head of product marketing to join the Birmingham-based team.

Jason Saunt, Pervacio’s Global Marketing Director, said: “The new UK hub is an exciting development as it gives us the opportunity to participate in and support programs around key emerging technologies. Being better aligned to support the evolution of future technologies and with access to a wider skills base, which will aid recruitment, means we can look forward to improving our service for current clients and growing our business across Europe.

“In light of the scale and speed of the company’s expansion in recent years, I’m delighted to be building a strong marketing resource to underpin our business growth plans around the world.”
