NTCA to Host 2023 Rural Telecom Industry Meeting & EXPO Featuring Broadband Supply, Workforce Development Announcements

NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association will host its annual Rural Telecom Industry Meeting & EXPO (RTIME) beginning Sunday, February 19, in San Diego.
