Teleena Utilizes iPass Developer Program to Deliver Global Wi-Fi Services

Teleena, a global enabler of IoT- and MVNO-solutions has today announced a partnership with iPass Inc (NASDAQ: IPAS), a leading provider of global mobile connectivity, to deliver Global Wi-Fi to MVNOs, Telcos, Enterprises and Loyalty partners. Utilizing the iPass SmartConnectTM Software Development Kit (SDK) and API suite, Teleena will deliver fully-tailored and white-labelled global Wi-Fi to its partners.

Teleena will offer customers access to the full iPass Wi-Fi network of more than 53 million hotspots in more than 120 countries. Through the iPass SmartConnect SDK and APIs, Teleena will have access to iPass' core technologies to activate, authenticate, intelligently connect, and create custom interfaces for presenting and selecting Wi-Fi networks.  Ultimately, the partnership between iPass and Teleena creates new business development opportunities for both parties targeting MVNO's, ISP's, loyalty programs, enterprises and even integrated mobile technology partnerships.
