Acquisition: OPENFACE Acquires ZEROFAIL, Doubles Fiber Optic Network in Montreal and Adds Wireless Capability

Canadian business telecommunications provider OPENFACE has acquired ZEROFAIL Canada's number six interconnected network outperforming many of the country's biggest telecomms in speed and connectivity

Montreal Internet infrastructure provider doubles capacity, grows team and expands network reach and coverage thanks to 1Gbps wireless, also adding points of presence in New York and Atlanta.

MONTREAL, Nov. 25, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - OPENFACE announces the acquisition of ZEROFAIL, becoming one of Montreal's largest provider of fiber optic connectivity and Internet infrastructure. With this acquisition, Openface is merging Montreal's fastest Internet service for businesses with one of Canada's most interconnected networks, ranking 6th out of 1842 providers, outperforming many of the nation's biggest telecommunications companies.

Network expansion and point-to-point wireless
Moreover, Openface adds point-to-point wireless service to its range of business services, covering the island of Montreal with some areas capable of speeds up to 1 Gigabit per second (Gbps). Furthermore, the service is available in the Metro Toronto area, powered by the multiple data centers where the company is interconnected.
