ONUG Releases Fall 2019 Conference Agenda

ONUG, an unbiased, independent and user-driven community of top-tier enterprise technology professionals collaborating to serve as the collective voice of the IT community, announces the agenda for its ONUG Fall 2019 conference event. Taking place at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City on October 16-17, 2019, the event will offer unique and critical insights into topics such as the hybrid multi-cloud, machine learning, automated and software-driven infrastructure, and artificial intelligence from a range of top industry insiders.

The most fundamental challenge currently facing all corporations is how to effectively gain greater digital revenue and compete in the $4 trillion global digital economy that’s growing three times faster than U.S. Gross Domestic Product (GDP). ONUG Fall 2019 will provide vital insights on value creation by focusing on the alignment of business and digital strategy to help attendees learn how to build and run a secure digital enterprise. Digital transformation technologies and approaches will be thoroughly explored, along with models, skills and cultural strategies to align IT organizations and enable digital success.

Hosted by Cigna, the event offers a comprehensive agenda filled with cutting-edge topics and critical information from the industry’s eminent minds and most influential companies. ONUG Fall 2019 will put cybersecurity and data protection at center stage and will include unique sessions on data and analytics, hybrid multi-cloud infrastructure, machine learning and Artificial Intelligence Ops, SD-WAN, cloud observability, cloud security, automation and orchestration and more.

• Keynote: “Key Milestones on the Digital Enterprise Journey,” taking place at 9:00 a.m. on October 16 and featuring Nick Lippis and Chris Moretti, Vice President of Global Engineering and Infrastructure Services at Cigna.
• Speaking Session: “The Digital Revolution in Healthcare & Cigna,” taking place at 9:30 a.m. and featuring Eric Reed, CTO of Cigna.
• Speaking Session: “CTO Fireside Chat: Top 5 Challenges to Operationalizing Digital Strategy,” taking place at 10:15 a.m. and featuring moderator Paul Michelman, Editor-in-Chief of the MIT Sloan Management Review, and panelists including Tsvi Gal, Managing Director of Morgan Stanley.
