Martin Creaner, VP and CTO, TM Forum

Martin Creaner has been working and advising in the Communications Industry for 18 years and is presently Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of the Telemanagement Forum. Prior to joining the TeleManagement Forum, Martin held a number of executive positions with BT, the major UK based European Communications Service Provider, and with Motorola, the global Wireless Networks Equipment manufacturer, where Martin led the 2.5G and 3G OSS solutions development activities. Martin sits on the board of a number of telecoms companies, and is the Chairman of Selatra Ltd., which is a java games applications service provider for the mobile marketplace.

Martin is an accomplished speaker and regularly is asked to chair or give keynote talks at leading telecommunication industry events.


Barbara Lancaster, President, LTC International

Prior to founding LTC International, Barbara worked in telecommunications for more than twenty-five years, during which period she held a wide range of positions in telecommunications customer service, new product development, international start ups and billing operations. She has led large-scale projects to define and implement state-of-the-art systems solutions for customer care and is an acknowledged authority in this field, specializing in user requirements analysis, systems design, data analysis, and building effective project teams.


Craig Farrell, Ph.D., CTO, Micromuse

Dr. Craig Farrell joined Micromuse as Chief Technology Officer effective August 20, 2003. Prior to this, he served as CEO, President, and Chief Technology Officer of NETWORK HARMONi (formerly NDG Software). NETWORK HARMONi evolved from NDG Software, a software utility company that Craig helped to found. Prior to forming NDG Software, he was on the faculty of the Department of Computer Science at Curtin University in Perth, Australia, and was also an adjunct fellow at the Australian Telecommunications Research Institute (ATRI). His research interests have included computer communications, network management and operating systems. Craig currently has several patents pending and his other publications include Internet RFCs and numerous journal and conference papers. From 1985 to 1989 he worked for AT&T as a systems engineer responsible for Unix systems development and support in the Asia Pacific Region. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Western Australia and a Ph.D. Computer Science from Curtin University.
