Pipeline Pre-Show Coverage: Exhibit Highlights


ADC

A leader in network infrastructure equipment and professional services, ADC will exhibit several new products at its booth, and inside the company's mobile exhibit trailer. New product launches include the LoopStar 810, an advanced, next-generation SONET access solution that allows service providers to cost-effectively deploy and manage TDM and Ethernet services to end-user customers from a single platform. In addition, the ADC exhibit will include fiber-to-the-x solutions and a complete line of connectivity and professional services offerings.

Agilent Technologies

Agilent Technologies will debut one of its industry-leading operations support systems (OSS) with enhanced features to address the needs of the cable service providers. This solution will deliver a comprehensive view of signaling in hybrid VoIP networks and circuit-switched SS7 networks, in real-time, to ensure the caliber of service quality critical to maintaining customer satisfaction.

Alcatel

In addition to a lineup of market-proven demos, Alcatel is proud to provide several speaking engagements throughout the event, including an IEC Executive Forum Keynote Address on June 6 at 12:00 PM, where Michael Quigley, President and COO, will provide perspectives on how service providers can transform service offering and delivery to attain sustainable competitive advantage. Additionally, Hubert de Pesquidoux, President of Alcatel North America, will lead an executive workshop on June 6 at 1:30 PM, where insiders will discuss the critical landscape of public policy.

Alvarion, Ltd.

Alvarion will be participating in several WiMAX sessions at the show. Mo Shakouri, VP of Business Development will be presenting on "WiFi and WiMAX Opportunities and Direction" from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. on Monday, June 6 and he will also be giving a presentation about WiMAX technology, WiMAX standards and WiMAX potential to the USTA Engineering & Technology Committee meeting to USTA carrier members on Tuesday, June 7 at 9:00 a.m.

Carlton O'Neal, VP of Marketing is presenting on the topic of "China's Broadband Fixed Wireless and WiMAX Markets and Alvarion's Experience" at the ChinaTel Forum on June 6th and also "The Reality of Fixed Broadband Wireless Evolving to WiMAX" on Tuesday, June 7 from 11:40 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. in the Exploration Theater.

CEO Zvi Slonimsky will attend the head table for the IEC Wireless Industry Panel on Wireless Services & Networks beginning at 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7.

Amdocs will announce its comprehensive Order-to-Activation solution, which combines the Amdocs 6 portfolio with new consulting services. This solution enables CSPs to replace the disparate systems that support all the steps required between the time a customer orders a new service and the moment it is activated.

Order-to-Activation will help CSPs achieve an intentional customer experience by allowing them to unify the service ordering process and seamlessly introduce and incorporate services into packages accurately and efficiently, ultimately enabling carriers to consistently introduce new services to the customer.

Analog Devices will highlight how integrated high-performance network processing, media processing, and access technologies enable advances in broadband service delivery, including adoption of VoIP and deployment of triple-play services.

Axerra Networks, "The Pseudo-Wire Company™," announces a new, full-service back-haul alternative to TDM access for mobile wireless providers. Axerra's Pseudo-Wire solution enables packet transport of all generations of mobile wireless traffic over Carrier Ethernet, Cable HFC, and WiMAX access networks with "virtual circuitization" and dynamic bandwidth sharing options.

Cisco Systems

Cisco will be making a number of announcements this year, specifically related to high-end core routing, high availability routing at the service provider edge, optical networking, and managed security.
